Today we will
enter one of the oldest kitchens in the world, which is Asian cuisine, we will
make one of the most important ways to cook chicken recognized in the world,
which is
chicken Sweet and Sour: It means sweet sour chicken dish. It is a dish of sweet
and sour Chinese chicken due to the presence of sweet taste and sour taste in
the ingredients of the dish.
Chinese sweet
and sour sauce has a long history and is believed to have originated in China
during the Tang Dynasty (618-907 AD). The sauce was introduced to the Western
world in the eighteenth century when trade relations between China and Europe
began to flourish.

Preparation method:
1- Heat oil in a deep
frying pan or nonstick saucepan. Add onions and chicken Cook moderately
over high heat, stirring for 3-4 minutes.
2- Add ginger, bell pepper, celery, pineapple,
and chicken stock. Cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
3- Combine all the sauce ingredients in a small
mug. Then add to the chicken mixture. Boil Mix and simmer, stirring for 2-3 minutes.
4- Serve chicken with cooked rice or noodles.
