Ingredients:
- Pasta bag 500 g.
- 500 g minced meat.
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 3 cups liquid milk
- 3 tbsp flour
- 100 g mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp margarine
- oil
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Steps:
- In a pan on the fire, put 500 grams of minced meat with a percentage of fat, and a little oil and then stir until it takes color.
- Chop two large onions, add them to the meat, and stir together.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste, and stir all ingredients well until cooked.
- To boil the pasta, in a pot on the fire with boiling water, put salt to taste for the quantity, and leave it to boil the water and then go down with pasta, then let it settle for seven minutes and then drain from the water.
- The modus operandi of bechamel sauce, in a pot on the fire, put a tablespoon of ghee, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Add 3 tablespoons filled with flour, stir them together, and leave them on the fire for two or three minutes while continuing to stir, until its color becomes dark and tends to golden color.
- Add 3 cups of milk to the bechamel sauce mixture and stir together, if it is thick, we can dilute it with water, and stir until we get the right thick homogeneous consistency.
- Drain the pasta from the boiling water and put it in a pot, add two tablespoons of bechamel sauce, and stir them together.
- In a tray, put 2 tablespoons of béchamel sauce and spread it in the tray, then put a quantity of pasta and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, spread the minced meat.
- Put the remaining amount of pasta, put the rest of the béchamel on top, and a large pinch of mozzarella cheese.
- Enter the oven pasta at the highest temperature and leave it for 10 to 15 minutes or completely normal and brown face, then leave to cool and then cut and serve and bon appetit.
