Ingredients For Panna Cotta:
- cup liquid milk
- Three cups of cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- A glass of strawberry puree
- A quarter cup of sugar for strawberry puree
- Six gelatin leaves or a small spoonful of powdered gelatin
- Wild red fruits for decoration
Steps For Preparing Panna Cotta :
- 1- Mix the milk and cream and put them on the fire.
- 2- Add sugar and vanilla and bring to a boil.
- 3- Soak four leaves of gelatin in cold water or put a spoonful of powdered gelatin on the fire until it dissolves.
- 4- When the gelatin is softened or the powder dissolves, add it over the cream, milk, and sugar mixture and pour it into cups and cool until the mixture thickens.
- 5- Put strawberry puree and sugar on the fire.
- 6- Soak the rest of the gelatin leaves until tender.
- 7- When the strawberry mixture boils, put the gelatin, stir it, then leave it to cool for 15 minutes, then pour it into cups, and then decorate it with wild red fruits. (Or put a spoonful of powdered gelatin on the fire with strawberry puree and sugar until it melts)
